Grupos de amigos e famílias juntam-se à volta de uma fogueira onde se assam castanhas ou bolotas para comer, bebe-se a jeropiga ou vinho novo, fazem-se brincadeiras e cantam-se cantigas.&lt;br /&gt;Na passada quarta-feira, dia 11, houve a hipótese de os alunos comerem castanhas assadas no átrio, como forma de celebração desta data.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No âmbito do nosso projecto, deixamos agora uma receita das tradicionais castanhas assadas, bem como os benefícios deste popular fruto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Castanhas Assadas:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Ingredientes&lt;/em&gt; - castanha, sal e acompanhamento (vinho branco)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Confecção&lt;/em&gt; - Escolhem-se as castanhas que sejam bem graúdas, e golpeiam-se. Colocam-se num assador, utensílio este constituído por um recipiente de barro ou folha, com numerosos orifícios, temperam-se com sal e levam-se a assar sobre brasas vivas, mexendo-se regularmente para não queimarem e assarem por igual. Uma ingestão adequada de água reduz o risco.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Combate as infecções&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Beber entre cinco a oito copos de água por dia reduz a produção de pedras nos rins e as infecções urinárias. Para além disso, mantém as mucosas do sistema respiratório convenientemente hidratadas, e diminui o risco de infecções virais como a gripe. Para o evitar, basta fornecer-lhe toda a água de que precisa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Trava o envelhecimento&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Com o passar dos anos, o nosso organismo perde cada vez mais água, o que afecta, sobretudo, a pele. Esta data assinala ainda a fundação da &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a title="Organização das Nações Unidas para a Alimentação e Agricultura" href="http://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Organiza%C3%A7%C3%A3o_das_Na%C3%A7%C3%B5es_Unidas_para_a_Alimenta%C3%A7%C3%A3o_e_Agricultura"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:130%;"&gt;Organização das Nações Unidas para a Alimentação e Agricultura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; (FAO).&lt;br /&gt;Esta comemoração, que teve início em 1990, tem como objectivo consciencializar a humanidade para a difícil situação que enfrentam as pessoas nos países subnutridos além de promover, em todo o mundo, a participação da população na luta contra a fome. No âmbito da disciplina de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:130%;"&gt;Área de Projecto, iremos desenvolver um trabalho através do qual pretendemos promover a adopção de um estilo de vida saudável através da divulgação de informações que ajudem as pessoas a adoptar um estilo de vida saudável. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:130%;"&gt;Com vista a promover o objectivo do nosso projecto, elaborámos uma planificação das actividades a realizar ao longo do ano:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:130%;"&gt;Realização de uma conferência sobre “Nutrição”;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:130%;"&gt;Realização de actividades lúdico-educativas, (ex: demonstração de aula de aeróbica/step);&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:130%;"&gt;Rastreios de saúde em geral (ex: colesterol, diabetes, IMC, higiene oral);&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:130%;"&gt;Promoção de um “Pequeno-Almoço Saudável”;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:130%;"&gt;Realização de inquéritos aos alunos com vista a apurar hábitos alimentares e físicos;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:130%;"&gt;Elaboração de um menu saudável, a ser divulgado mensalmente;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:130%;"&gt;Divulgação de receitas saudáveis;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:130%;"&gt;As actividades agendadas irão decorrer ao longo do ano, com uma calendarização mais acentuada sobretudo na Semana da Saúde e nas Nemesianas.
